Background​

JCI Island has been hosting the project “Lead To the Future” for four consecutive years.

This year, the focus is on the IPO process in Hong Kong, addressing the lack of IPO-related courses in local universities by providing students with practical experience.

​

The initiative aims to enhance students' knowledge of the financial market and foster dialogue between academia and industry.

​

Goals

• Provide students with hands-on IPO experience

• Promote interdisciplinary learning

• Raise awareness of market dynamics

​

Target 

Full-time undergraduate and recent graduates from 22 institutions in Hong Kong.

​

This year, we target to take in maximum 8 teams only, each team maximum 5 members.

​​
